Service Description: Development case data was aggregated and synthesized to generate development pipeline data for the County. Development Pipeline is defined as the difference between development that has been approved and that which has been built. Put in other terms, it's the amount of approved development that has yet to be built. This is important information for planners, lawmakers, developers, and members of the public because it provides insights into what is on the development horizon for a given area. This tool provides this information in a spatial-visual environment.
