Service Description: This MXD includes river, stream, and wetland data with features described by which Environmental Strategy Area (ESA) each one is in. The ESA status was used to calculate the minimum required buffer around each feature (according to Subtitles 5B and 24 of the Prince George's County Code), and those buffers were combined into one aggregate buffer. The aggregate buffer includes attributes indicating the feature each buffer polygon applies to, the ESA it is in, and the distance required based on those characteristics.
